Your Marketing Team (“the Agency”) provides services on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the performance, results, or outcomes of its services. The client assumes full responsibility for the use of deliverables and compliance with applicable laws, including but not limited to copyright, advertising, and data protection regulations. The Agency is not liable for any damages, losses, or legal actions resulting from the use of its services. TERMS & CONDITIONS - THE BASICS
1. Scope of Services
Your Marketing Team (“the Agency”) agrees to provide media production, marketing, and strategy services as outlined in the agreed proposal or contract. Any additional services requested by the client will require a separate agreement and may incur additional fees.
2. Payment Terms

Payments are due as per the agreed schedule outlined in the invoice or contract.

All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the contract.
3. Client Responsibilities

4. Revisions and Approvals

The Agency offers 3 rounds of revisions as part of its services. Additional revisions will incur an additional fee.

Final approval from the client is required before publishing or distributing any content.
5. Ownership and Usage Rights

The Agency retains ownership of all materials created until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, the client is granted usage rights for the deliverables as outlined in the contract.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
7. Liability

The Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

The client assumes full responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, including copyright and advertising regulations.
8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days' written notice.

In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or mediation. If unresolved, the matter will be settled in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
10. Amendments
These terms and conditions may be updated or amended by the Agency at any time, with written notice provided to the client.
